It is always hard when i’m trying to get sleep. I always sleep around 2.00 to 4.00 A.M. Eventhough i’m trying to get sleep earlier, i never asleep. Maybe it is because my habit during college. I used to be wait up for doing assignment and my student activity job. And, now i’m already graduate from my university and have no activity. But, i still can’t sleep at the normal time…huhuhu..it’s really really a bad habit and it isn’t good for health too. I’ve already try many ways to get sleep such as wake up earlier so when the night come, i can get sleep earlier too..but, this way isn’t work for me. I also trying to do something so i can fell asleep such as reading comics, browsing, chatting, listen to music. Even i try to close my eyes and lying on my bed, hoping it will work…But, in the end i’ve always fell asleep around 2.00 to 4.00 A.M. Am i get insomnia or it’s just because my habit for wait up ? I hope this bad habit will dishabituate as soon as possible.
